Meet Gus!

This sweet orange boy has come such a long way since coming in from life as a feral outdoor cat. When Gus first arrived, he was very shy and scared of people, but with patience, love and time, he has slowly come out of his shell and has become an absolute joy to have around.

Gus is still independent and a little wary of new people, but once he trusts you, his sweet side comes out. When he's comfortable, he'll walk right up for head pets and reward you with the cutest little "lawnmower" purr. He has decided the office chair is his personal throne. The cozy cat bed? He'll pass!

Gus LOVES other cats and especially enjoys playing and spending time with his fellow orange friend in foster. Gus would very much benefit going to a home with another friendly resident cat who can show him the ropes and give him confidence.

Gus may need a little time to warm up, but earning his trust is so rewarding. You'll love when he walks over to you for head scratches, treats, or just coming over to say hi. He is worth the wait!
