Meet Barbara, a gentle kitten with a shy and mellow personality. She spends her days quietly observing her surroundings and prefers a calm environment where she can feel safe. Barbara enjoys the company of those who understand her need for a gentle approach and a slow introduction. She has a unique way of showing affection once she feels secure.Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step: Fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cat/litter), microchipped, and current on vaccinations.

We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval.

Meet some of our adoptable at the Frisco PetSmart Adopt-A-Pet center Friday-Sunday. Adoption counselors are available onsite at PetSmart most Saturdays & Sundays, 12-4 p.m. to conduct meet and greets and onsite adoptions.
