Meet Duncan, a handsome tabby gentleman with an incredibly expressive face, distinct "M" forehead markings, and beautiful, soulful green eyes. Look closely at his forehead, and you will see his stripes form a unique pattern that looks just like a tiny crown-fitting for a cat with such a brave and noble spirit. He has beautifully patterned brown and black mackerel tabby fur, a sweet pink nose, and ears that are always perked up, waiting to hear the crinkle of a treat bag. Duncan's journey back into care shows just how resilient and courageous he truly is; after first entering rescue care seven years ago and being adopted, he was recently brought into a clinic after surviving on his own at an apartment complex for an entire year. Though his previous owners sadly chose to surrender him when his microchip was scanned, this absolute champion hasn't let that hardship break his friendly, outgoing, and deeply trusting nature.

This lovely boy is a massive fan of food and affection, making it incredibly easy to win his heart with a tasty meal or a good scratching session. Mealtimes are the absolute highlight of his day, and he will happily show you his appreciation with sweet nudges, soft purrs, and a calm, contented squint while lounging on his favorite cozy blankets. His absolute favorite thing in the world is receiving gentle pets right behind his ears, and he will lean his whole head into your hand to make sure you hit the perfect spot. Duncan is a friendly, laid-back companion who is ready for a true forever home where he can finally relax, and he would do wonderfully with other relaxed animal friends provided they are given a slow, patient introduction.

His adoption fee is $75 and includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, preventatives and microchip ID.
