Dennis: Seven Minutes Changed His Life. Your Love Could Change It Forever.
With a purr you can hear across the room and a heart that belongs to his people, Dennis is ready to become someone’s favorite little shadow.
Born in August 2026, this handsome cream-and-white Domestic Shorthair has soft tabby markings and a whole lot of love to give. Dennis and his siblings were found as strays and brought to Fresno Animal Center. When they were diagnosed with ringworm, they landed on the end-of-day euthanasia list. Just seven minutes before their deadline, their foster mom called—and their second chance began.
Now healthy and healed, Dennis is the last boy of his siblings waiting for a forever home. He loves being wherever his people are, soaking up ear scratches, snuggling in their arms, and purring his happiness for everyone to hear. At bedtime, don’t be surprised when he climbs into bed to join you!
Dennis also has a playful side. He enjoys romping with his foster friends, young and old alike, and his favorite toys are silvervine sticks and balls. After playtime, he’s happy to snooze in a cat tree—although your arms are always a tempting option.
Friendly with children, cats, and dogs, Dennis would make a loving addition to a family ready to give him plenty of companionship and cuddles. He is litter box trained, vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
Dennis currently eats Fancy Feast canned food and Purina Kitten Chow. His favorite treats are Churu Lickables and FreshPet Chicken Nugs.
Seven minutes gave Dennis a second chance. Now he’s waiting for a lifetime of love.
