Berlioz was rescued along with his siblings Toulouse & Marie at 5 weeks of age from a wooded area in Monocacy Park, in Frederick MD. Their mother wisely asked the right neighbor for help! The little family was malnourished and suffering from upper respiratory infections but responded well to love, food, and antibiotics. The mother has been spayed and adopted by her rescuer and the kittens are thriving in foster care where they have been raised along with Rollo, a beautiful fluffy white male kitten of the same age.

Berloiz and Rollo are a rough and tumble pair who enjoy chasing and playing with each other endlessly. Berlioz is a confident, calm, sturdy grey tabby male, and the fearless leader of the pack. Both are very affectionate with their caregivers. Now just three months old, both are neutered, fully vaccinated for rabies and distemper, dewormed, current on flea treatment, negative for FIV and FeLV, and ready for their forever homes! CKR prioritizes adopting kittens in pairs whenever possible, and we are recommending that these kittens be adopted together.
