Meet Scottie! Born in mid 2024.
"Scottie" got his name after being found on I-20 near the Winscott exit. He was curled up against the barrier wall in the pouring rain, frozen in fear, soaked, covered in dirt, and looking completely defeated. Knowing the lazy, gentle cat he is now, we truly have no idea how he ended up in such a dangerous spot on the highway.

Despite everything he had clearly been through, Scottie never showed an ounce of aggression. In true forgiving-cat fashion, he immediately curled up close and began purring.

Scottie is the sweetest, most loving boy and would be happiest spending every day curled up in someone’s lap taking naps. He is the definition of a "noodle kitty" — floppy, affectionate, and always wanting love and attention. He absolutely adores pets, cozy spots, and being near his people.

Although he is microchipped, his previous family no longer wants him. They informed us he is around 2 years old. Scottie is also declawed, so he will need a strictly indoor only home where he can feel safe and protected.

Scottie has already survived enough. Now he just needs someone willing to give him the safe, soft life he deserves.
