DESCRIPTION
Meet Beetle! Born in approx early 2025.
He first showed up at his foster’s house limping and refusing to put weight on his front left leg. They had seen him around the neighborhood before as a stray, but this time it was obvious he needed help! He had several wounds that turned into abscesses, and after antibiotics and wound care, we discovered the damage was much deeper than we thought. The best option was to amputate his leg.
Now Beetle is a tripod, and he doesn’t let it slow him down.
He’s also FIV+, which simply means he has a weaker immune system and should live indoors. Cats with FIV can still live long, happy lives.
Once he started feeling better, his personality came out in full force. He’s playful, incredibly affectionate, and everyone at the vet falls in love with him. He talks when he’s happy, playing, or wants your attention, and he leans his whole body into pets until he’s practically on the floor.
His favorite things are treats, his little lamb toy, heating pads, and being loved.
Beetle has been through more than any cat should, but he hasn’t let it change his sweet, trusting heart. Now all he needs is a family to call his own.
He is fully vetted and has excellent litter manners.
