Meet Roo!
She will jump into your life with a cautious and gentle sweetness. She never scratches when we pick her up although she has been known to try to climb our legs for attention. She likes to be in high places, often choosing to sleep on the countertop rather than the comfy cat bed that’s on the floor. Roo loves to play and has curiosity that is sure to get her into trouble. If you open a drawer she is in it. If you open a cupboard, she just must explore! Though her purr isn’t loud the vibrations in her chest tell you she is a happy girl go lucky girl. Roo will need slow introductions to any resident dogs. She hasn’t been too excited to meet the dogs in her foster home. But can you blame her? They are just so big and scary. Come meet Roo and let her jump into your heart and your life.

** Come meet me this Saturday (05.02.26) at the Fort Collins PetSmart for our Mobiles adoption event! This event is from 10am-2pm, or until all animals are adopted!

This is a first-come, first-served event, so we recommend arriving early if you have a specific furry friend in mind. PetSmart doors open at 9am, and we will begin distributing adoption numbers at that time. Please head to the back of the store and check in at the event table.

This event operates on a number system. Upon arrival, please be sure to get your number from our check in table—groups will be called in order throughout the event.

To receive a number, you must be an approved adopter within the last 3 months. Paper applications will be available on-site, and you can also apply in advance through our website.
