Well, hi there, My name is Trouble Puffs... even though I lost them. The lady that rescued me also likes to call me Tangerine because of my beautiful orange coat, and she likes the way it sounds.

I've been a tough Tom wandering the streets of NW Detroit for a while now, until I had the good fortune of finding cat food outside a house I happened upon. You bet I happily helped myself to that buffet! In fact, I became a regular and decided it might be time to settle down. The nice lady who fed me determined that I needed to go to the vet and see about my “puffs” as they were getting me into trouble. I was out there fighting for girls and coming back with battle wounds, so she put the kibosh on that nonsense and I gotta say, “I'm glad!” Now I can relax and soak up all the love hoomans have to offer. I didn't know what I was missing. It's really nice to have my jowls scritch-scratched and my melon stroked. I can be aloof sometimes, but it's a front. I had to be tough to survive. Now I can let my guard down, trust and be loved.

My friend Creamsicle is here at the shelter too. He's kinda like my baby bro. We hung out together a lot and we are good friends. I know it's a long shot, but if someone is looking for two swell dudes- we make a great pair. If not, we're used to flying solo too. Either way, we would be eternally grateful to settle down permanently and enjoy life with our forever family.
