DESCRIPTION
Spot is a 10.5lb orange and white tabby cat who thinks life is one big adventure, and he’s the tour guide! This outgoing boy wants to be in the middle of everything, whether he’s trotting over to say hello, investigating every corner of the room, or supervising whatever you’re doing with bright, curious eyes. Spot was transferred to the shelter from our rescue partner, Happy Tails Animal Rescue. His previous rescue reported that Spot has successfully shared space with both cats and dogs in the past. One of Spot’s favorite hobbies? Splashing and playing in his water bowl like it’s his own personal splash pad. If you’re looking for a fun, social companion who will keep you entertained and involved in all his explorations, Spot is ready to dive into life with you!
If you'd like to meet our available pets, please check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Michael R. Frey Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours! Both of our locations are open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12-5 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays 12-7 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information on our adoption process, including requirements and fees, visit: https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/animalservices/adopt
