Meet Lucy!

This sweet mama has quite the story and an even sweeter personality!

After spending many years living on a property alongside other stray cats, she found herself needing a new home when the property was sold and the owners were unable to take her with them. Having already raised at least two litters, she was once again expecting kittens when her foster family stepped in. They brought her into their home just before she was due, giving her a safe, comfortable place to welcome her babies.

She has proven to be an amazing, loving mother, but now it's her turn to be loved and spoiled!

She is an affectionate girl who enjoys attention and loves being around her people. She will happily greet you with a little meow when you enter a room and isn't shy about letting you know when she's ready for some pets. One of her sweetest habits is watching you leave the house and then patiently waiting by the door to welcome you home.

Although she isn't much of a lap cat and prefers not to be held for long, she will tolerate being picked up for short periods. She enjoys affection on her own terms and has a wonderful way of making you feel loved.

She gets along great with other cats, kittens, and children, making her a wonderful addition to a family. While she is generally laid-back, she does enjoy the occasional play session and absolutely loves her scratching post!
