Ichabod - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Effingham, Illinois

Ichabod is a handsome 51⁄2-year-old gray tabby with a big build and an easygoing personality.

He is still fairly new to us, but so far he has been nothing but sweet, laidback, and gentle. He seems perfectly happy to take life at a slower pace and soak up attention when it comes his way.

Ichabod came to us already declawed. Because declawed cats can sometimes be more sensitive about their paws and litter box setup, his future family should be willing to pay attention to what makes him most comfortable.

At 51⁄2 years old, Ichabod is past the wild kitten stage and may be a wonderful fit for someone looking for a calm, affectionate adult cat to share their home with.

We are still learning more about him as he settles in, but his sweet nature has already made a very good first impression.
