HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. To schedule a time to meet this cat, please contact Mary at mmccarroll@arl-iowa.org
- Shy at first, but warms up quickly, and makes friends easily
- Loves to chase his toys around the house - a fun, active cat
- Enjoys a good lap to sit on
- Can be chatty and will let you know when he needs something
- Likes to look out the window from his cat tree
- Really enjoys sleeping with his humans - he wants to be near you!
- Once he feels comfortable, he leans into chin rubs and rolls over for belly rubs
- Looking for a calm, mature home where he can take his time acclimating
All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP as appropriate for their age)
