Cardi B and her sister Dipper were dropped off in a cardboard box as scared little babies. Cardi got the name Cardi B, aka Cardboard Box, while her sister became Dipper, short for Serendipity.

Cardi has had to work a little harder to learn that she's safe, but watching this tiny girl come out of her shell has been pretty darn special.

She still may dart under the couch when something startles her or unfamiliar visitors arrive, but she is getting braver every single day. Once she feels safe, pick her up and she melts into you, cuddles and purrs like a tiny little engine.

She follows Dipper's lead, explores more and more on her own and has made friends with the other cats in her foster home.

This little cardboard-box baby deserves to know what it feels like to be someone's baby forever.
