CIERRA - Domestic Short Hair Cat Available for Adoption in Delhi, Ontario

Cierra was rescued as a very pregnant kitty just in time to give birth to her kittens in a foster home. She was a kind and very caring mom to her kittens who have all been adopted. Cierra has continued to live in her foster home where she enjoys the companionship of other cats and is comfortable around the two large dogs. Cierra did not trust people when she lived outdoors and it has been a slow process for her to feel less cautious with her foster family. She now comes for pets from her foster mom and will seek her out especially when the house is quiet in the evenings. Cierra is not a fan of being picked up but enjoys spending quiet moments snuggling beside her people. She lives in a busy family home with 3 school age children but would not be a good choice for a family with young kids. .
Cierra is gentle and sweet, a quiet girl who will continue to blossom in a calm home with an understanding and patient adopter. If you are that cat-loving person she needs, and you have room in your heart and your home to include a very shy timid kitty, you will be rewarded 100 times over when Cierra is ready to show and accept love.
