Meet Mango!

Mango came to us along with 25 other cats after being rescued from unhealthy and overcrowded living conditions. Understandably, this sweet boy was pretty scared when he first arrived and found himself in a whole new world. But after a week of getting healthier, receiving lots of love, and realizing that people could be trusted, Mango completely came out of his shell!

These days, Mango is a total lovebug. He'll happily greet you with a head bump, lean in for some cheek scritches, and soak up all the affection he can get. He is currently strutting his stuff around our open cat room with his former housemates, and we're hoping his newfound confidence rubs off on some of the others, too! Mango is quick to greet his feline friends with a head bump and seems more than happy to show them that life can be pretty great.

Because Mango clearly enjoys having feline friends around, we think he'd do wonderfully with another cat in his forever home-whether that means being adopted with one of his former housemates or meeting a current resident cat who is looking for a friend.

Mango has been through a lot, but he didn't let his past change the loving, affectionate boy he is today. Now, he's ready to leave that chapter behind and start living his best life with a family of his own.
