Charles is FeLV/FIV positive and experiences recurring upper respiratory infections (URI), so he'll need an adopter who can provide ongoing veterinary care and a little extra attention to help keep him comfortable and healthy. Despite these medical challenges, Charles still enjoys life and has so much love to give.
