Meet Mama – A Sweet Senior Ready for Her Next Chapter

Mama is a wonderful 13-year-old senior kitty with so much love left to give. Years ago, she had her kittens in a neighbor’s wheelbarrow and was taken in, along with her babies, by a kind couple who gave her a loving home for most of her life. Sadly, one of her owners has passed away, and the other has moved into a care facility, leaving Mama in need of a new forever home.

Mama is the definition of a companion cat. She loves lounging in sunny windows, relaxing on a cozy lap, or watching the world from her cat tree. She adores being brushed, responds to her name, and is incredibly affectionate.

She’s been well cared for and is in great health. Mama recently had a full vet check, including blood work (which looked fantastic) and a dental. She’s currently on a diet of both dry and canned food and will do best continuing with a high-quality senior diet.

Mama previously lived with another cat named Sassy, who is also available for adoption. They would be happy to go to a home together, but Mama would also thrive as a solo cat soaking up all the love and attention. She may also do well with other calm kitties.

Mama is a gentle, loving girl who has been deeply cherished and she’s ready to bring that same love into her next home.

Mama has been around some grandchildren, but details about how she interacted with them is unknown. She has not lived with any dogs. She did coexist with 4 other cats. (Some being her grown babies).
