Hello! My name is Patches. Caretaker and vets believe I'm about 3 1/2 years old. I showed up as a neighborhood stray at a rural property in Monterey, TN. It's a miracle I survived with a busy road nearby and both land and air predators all around. Thankfully, a kind lady noticed my presence and would put out fresh water and food for me. I was very nervous about her at first, but learned to trust her over time. I ended up pregnant and was fortunate enough to be welcomed into this lady's home to have my kittens and raise them from newborn babies. The sad part is that this lady was taking care of multiple animals before I came along and had kittens, and she may be losing her home soon. That means most of us animals will be losing a home too.
My kittens (about 12 weeks old) and I need to be adopted asap or at least find a safe and secure, nurturing, tlc, strictly indoor only foster home. We have been around other cats, but no dogs and no young children or inexperienced with cats people. We all went to a spay neuter clinic this past Monday to be "fixed" and had our rabies and fvrcp vaccines, got dewormed, got left ear tips in case we ended up having to be put back outside with all of its daily and nightly hazards (Please - we do not want that to happen!), and I and one of my kittens were combo tested for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency viruses. We were both negative for both viruses.
The lilac point Siamese/Snowshoe looking kitten is a little girl, just being called Miss Siamese for now. The lighter orange tabby and white boy is being called Mr. Blondie, and the darker orange tabby and white boy is being called Mr. Goldie. We just all desperately and sincerely need a safe place to call home, whether a temporary foster home until we can be adopted or a purrmanent tlc responsible furever adopted home. ... and it MUST be a strictly indoor only home please.
