Ariel is a sweet, beautiful mama cat estimated to be around 3 years old, and she has been with us since the spring. She originally came into our care with her Little Mermaid litter and spent those first months doing an incredible job raising her babies. Her kittens have grown up, been weaned, and started their own journeys—but somehow, Ariel is still waiting for hers.

After all this time in rescue, we’ve gotten to know just how special this girl really is. Ariel is quite the conversationalist and loves to chat it up with her people. She’ll happily keep you company and let you know exactly what’s on her mind!

When it comes to cuddling, Ariel likes to do things on her own terms. She isn’t necessarily the type to be glued to your lap all day, but every now and then she’ll decide it’s snuggle time—and when she does, it’s worth the wait. She’ll curl up with you, get comfortable, and make biscuits foreverrrr.

Ariel is affectionate without being overly needy and has a wonderful independent side. She spent the spring raising her babies and has now spent months watching and waiting for her own chance at a family. We would love nothing more than to finally see this deserving mama become somebody’s baby.
