Althea came in as a single kitten found by a few college students who did their best to help her while they could. But they knew she needed to be somewhere where she could get more care. She is know at foster with Juniper, Azelea, Odora, & Cypress. They are her new foster siblings, and she is love having other kitties to play with. She is a very outgoing kitten who has quickly adjusted and is eating great. She will be ready to be adopted sooner and needs someone who is looking for a new best friend. Go ahead and submit your application for review.

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention.

Our adoptions include a 30 Day Free Trial period with Trupanion Pet Insurance.


WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday-Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times.


We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required.


We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays.


All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted. Sometimes things change and an adoption may fall through so we maintain a wait list.
