Baby Bearcat - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Cincinnati, Ohio

Baby Bearcat is a handsome gray-and-white boy, about 6 months old, with a face you won't soon forget. He has glowing golden eyes and look at his little mustache!

He was found outside as a tiny kitten. He was hungry, but what he wanted most was to be picked up and held. He's grown into a healthy, confident young cat, and he's ready for his forever home.

Baby Bearcat is one of the most playful kittens we've fostered. Balls, tunnels, a bookmark as you're reading, the corner of a blanket: he'll make a toy out of nearly anything. When he's done playing, he's a snuggler. He'll rub his face against yours, roll in your lap, and purr loud enough to hear across the room.

He loves people, but he likes to get to know them first. Give him a little time and show you are worthy of his trust. Feeding him is a key to his heart! He's quicker to warm up to adults than to kids. He knows what life outside is like and has no interest in going back, so he isn't one to dart out the door.

Baby Bearcat would do best in a home with patient adults who will let him set the pace, and lots of playtime. He definitely finds ways to entertain himself, and we've loved seeing his antics. He also has the funniest tail movements. He twitches and swishes his tail when he's happy, rambunctious, or wants you to notice him.

He's great with dogs and gets along with our other cats. Older, gentle children only. Baby Bearcat would be happy in a home with or without other pets as long as he has a human or two ready to share love!

If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.

All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
