At just 4 months old, Ryder is already a pro at winning hearts! This handsome little lover boy has decided that country living is overrated, and he’d much rather spend his days being loved and spoiled inside a forever home.

Ryder was discovered in Southern Illinois by our amazing rescue partner, who dedicates her time to supporting community cat colonies and preventing future litters through spay/neuter efforts. From the moment they met, Ryder made his wishes known!

He would hurry over to greet his rescuer, rub against her legs, and settle beside her on a bench to enjoy some quality petting and purr time. But Ryder had one more trick up his sleeve: when it was time for his rescuer to leave, he would try to jump right into her car! Clearly, this boy knew there was a better life waiting for him!

By his side through it all was his cute brother and buddy, Jake. These two country boys are ready to trade outdoor adventures for soft blankets, fun toys, delicious food, and the luxuries of being spoiled house cats.

Twice the fun, twice the love! Ryder would love to be adopted alongside his brother and best buddy, Jake, so they can grow up together and share their new indoor life. If adopting both isn’t possible, Ryder would also be happy in a home with another friendly, young feline companion to play with and keep him company.
