Robert is a big brown tabby boy, who is large in both size and personality.
He weighs in at just over 12lbs, & is around 18 months old.
He came to us as a stray, & it was initially thought that he had an injured paw, as he was limping. Two vet visits later, the conclusion is that he might have had an old injury, but nothing current. He is a smart guy who seems to limp for attention when you are watching, but has been seen numerous times walking normally when he thinks nobody is watching!! He climbs and jumps and gets around just fine when he "forgets" to limp!
Robert loves being with people but is not high maintenance. He just wants to sit next to you and be your best friend.
He is good with other cats, and would do well with one feline companion, but no more, and would be happy being a solo cat with someone who is home most of the day.
He has a big appetite and especially loves chicken and turkey. Fish, not so much.
Cheddar cheese is his go-to treat!
He does seem to get anxious when he can't see his person, sadly we see this a lot on cats that were abandoned, but he will settle nicely in his new home, with reassurance and a consistent routine.
He is very clean, using his litter box well, and he is basically a big snuggly teddy bear who just wants to be loved.
