Millie - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Two precious girls—Millie and Molly—were facing a shelter deadline. We could not look away, but we urgently need your help to give them the safety, medical care and compassion they deserve.

MILLIE is a gentle 13-year-old gray-and-white senior who was found wandering alone at a mall. Although she had a microchip, it led nowhere. At an age when she should be curled up safely in a loving home, Millie instead found herself frightened and homeless in a shelter.

MOLLY is only 6 years old and arrived with a painful, open and infected ruptured mammary mass. She required emergency surgery immediately. The masses were removed and submitted for testing, but Molly's medical journey is far from over. She will need continued veterinary care, monitoring and plenty of love as she recovers and we determine her next steps.

We are committed to giving both girls every possible chance, but their medical expenses will be significant. Any donation—no matter the amount—will help pay for examinations, diagnostics, surgery, medications and follow-up care.
