Curry - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Curry was a street cat for the first four years of his life and he has the scars to prove it. He is loving living inside these days but he is still adjusting to the change. He loves attention but not too much and he is a little picky about who he trusts. Curry needs to go a home where he is the only pet, no children, with a quiet environment, and with an experienced cat owner. She needs a human who will be able to recognize when he needs some love and when he needs his space, and who will allow him to adjust to his environment at his own speed. Curry may need a little extra love but that doesn't mean that he doesn't deserve all the love he will accept. Curry would love to go to a home where he will feel comfortable and not have to stress about life on the streets. If you are looking for a cat who needs a lot of love even if he isn't always willing to accept it then Curry may be the cat for you.
