His previous family adored him and went above and beyond to manage his severe allergies, but ultimately made the heartbreaking decision to surrender him when his care needs became overwhelming. Much like the character from the Bubble Boy movie, this sweet guy just needs a safe, stable environment to help keep his world comfortable.

From the moment he arrived, Bubble Boy has been sweet, talkative, and eager for affection. While his scabby fur may catch some people off guard, hell quickly climb into your lap, stretch out a leg, and beg for love like hes known you forever. Hes allergic to more than ten different thingsincluding fleas, mites, and trees like hickoryand relies on longterm medications to stay comfortable. He has lived with dogs before and did well with them. He has also lived with cats, though he didnt get along with them in a multicat home. We believe he may do well with one calm, older cat who respects his space.
