Fennel is a love bug once he warms up. He is a little skittish, but that is probably due to a lack of positive interactions in his past. He truly wants to roll and show you his belly. He also likes to carry a good conversation with his meows. He doesn't like loud noises but is still decompressing from all these new changes and places, although he does do great in the carrier in the car. Fennel is still learning what toys are, but really just want to snuggle with his person in a quiet space for now. And his snuggles ARE amazing!
