Cirillo - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Charlottesville, Virginia

Cirillo is a friendly, handsome boy looking for a place to call home. Estimated to be between 1 and 3 years old, he found his way onto a kind person's porch and then made his way into our care. Despite his time living in the woods, Cirillo has shown just how much he enjoys human company!

Cirillo is a confident, independent guy who knows what he likes. He's friendly with people but prefers to keep all four paws on the ground rather than be picked up. He's not necessarily a lap cat, but he does like affection. He has plenty of personality and would love a home where he can feel safe, settle in, and be himself.

When it's time to play, Cirillo enjoys chasing wand toys, and a little catnip is always a welcome treat! He also has a healthy appetite and is a reliable litter box user.

Cirillo would do best as the only cat in the home. Having lived outdoors, he may feel the need to defend his territory, particularly around other male cats. He's ready for a home where he can be the king of his castle and enjoy all the attention, resources, and space to himself.

Cirillo is awaiting his neuter surgery but has had all his other vet care, and is ready for his new home. Put in your adoption application today!

If you're looking for a friendly, playful, independent companion with a big appetite and a personality all his own, Cirillo might just be your guy!
