Bijou - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Charlotte, North Carolina

Though Bijou has always been the big guy in the litter, he is also the snuggliest. The whole litter was bottle-fed from just one day old, so Bijou is very social with humans and other animals. He is a playful kitten who will absolutely throw down and wrestle with his siblings, but his personality is a little more docile and cuddly. He loves to sit on his foster mama’s chest and will intentionally seek her out when he decides it’s time for cuddles.

Bijou (pronounced “Be-joo”) means “little jewel” in French, and he is quite the precious little gemstone. He would love to be adopted with his sister Violette or one of his other siblings, but he will also thrive in a home with another friendly cat to play and cuddle with.
