Timothy - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chandler, Arizona

Timothy is a gorgeous, incredibly social 1 year-old tabby who will head butt and rub up against anyone he sees to ask for attention.

This sweet boy was rescued from euthanasia and given a second chance at finding the loving home he wants and deserves. He got a glowing medical report, and shelter notes documented his affectionate behavior even in a stressful environment. At some point in his earlier life, he may have learned that hands and feet were fun to play with, which landed him in trouble when his cute kitten bites turned into grown up teeth and claws. With his foster, he has learned that wand toys and balls are just as much fun to play with! Because he is still learning, he would do best in a home with older children and adults who can recognize his body language and respect boundaries when he shows them.

We haven't yet introduced him to other pets, but has been calmly interested at hearing meows from other cats, and is unbothered by barking dogs. He likely would do well with other animals if given a proper slow/phased introduction.
