Rowan is also very loving and affectionate. When he gets attention from a person, he just wants to rub all over them and hopes they will NEVER leave. If you are hoping for a retiring, shy cat, Rowan may not be the one for you! . . . We can tell he longs to just sit and cuddle, which is not something we have a lot of time to do, but we try our best when we can.

One thing about Rowan is that he does test positive for a retrovirus called FIV. This was long thought to be a scary diagnosis, but all it really means is a lower immune system. Rowan needs simply the same resources as any Catsnap cat: good food, an indoor home, and regular vet care. On average, cats with FIV live just as long as cats without! Would you be willing to show this little cuddle bug that he never has to worry about virus transmission again? Apply to meet Rowan and you will likely want to make him part of your family!

All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:

Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus

Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)

Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)

Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment

Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions

Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
