Leo... with toes to spare - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Cat Spring, Texas

Hi, I'm Leo.

I should warn you up front: I'm not an exciting cat. I'm not going to knock things off your counter or climb the curtains. As long as there's food in my bowl, I'm quiet, well-behaved, and honestly... a little boring. Though in the best way. I use my litterbox reliably, I'm not picky about food and I don't cause any trouble.

What I will do is come say hello when you get home. I'm friendly with everyone I meet, and I love a good petting and brushing session. If there are treats on offer, I'll even let you clip my toenails. I'll rub against your legs once in a while so you know I'm around - and to remind you about tube treats. I might not be a lap cat (I'm 14 pounds, so that's probably for the best), but I make up for it with steady, easygoing companionship. And, I'm a very good listener.

A couple of things about me: I've got extra toes on my big paws. There's a long word for that but I don't know it... they're just my toes.

And while I'm easygoing about most things, I have to insist on a home without dogs or other cats. Or (horrors!) small kittens. Turtles, tarantulas, whatever else you've got — I'm probably fine with it. I just don't do well with cats or dogs in the house.

Leo is 10 years young, fully vetted and found to be completely healthy at his recent vet visit. He is one of the sweetest adult cats we've ever met. He is being fostered in a loving home in Texas. He could be in Niantic by early in October... ready to be your Halloween treat!
