Rue is a very sweet and gentle girl with a soft, thoughtful nature. She likes when you initiate the pets, and once you do, she'll lean in and rub against you, soaking up the affection. Rue is incredibly patient and lovely, and while she's still just the tiniest bit on guard, she's been doing so well and gaining confidence every day. She would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace.
I am FIV-positive, which sounds scarier than it is! FIV is only spread through serious bite wounds, not through sharing food, water, litter boxes, or grooming. I can happily live with other calm cats and enjoy a normal life with regular vet care.
