Oreo - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Bowie, Maryland

Hi, my name is Oreo, and I'm around 3 years old. I was found outside while pregnant, and thankfully, a wonderful foster mom took me in. She gave me a safe, loving place to have my babies and helped me care for them until they were ready for their forever homes.

My babies have all been adopted, and now it's my turn to be the princess of my very own home!

I love head and chin scratches, although I'm not quite as fond of butt scratches. I enjoy treats, having room to run and play, and curling up to sleep with my foster mom. I can sometimes get a little overzealous when I'm excited or overstimulated, and I may give a little nip. I'm looking for someone who understands that I have my moments and will embrace my occasional little meltdowns with patience, love, and a sense of humor.

I haven't had any experience with dogs, so I'm not sure how I'd feel about a canine roommate. I've also never lived with children, but I think I would be happiest in a calm, quiet home without them. I've been around other cats, and while I like some of them, others aren't quite my cup of tea. Because I know what I want, I think I'd be happiest as the only princess in your home, where I can soak up all the love and attention.

I've been a wonderful mama, and now I'm ready to be spoiled, cherished, and loved for the special girl I am. I may have a little bit of sass, but I have plenty of love to give to the right person. Could you be the forever family I've been waiting for?
