DESCRIPTION
OSO — From Surviving to Finally Being Loved
DOB: 5/30/2024
OSO has been through a lot. She spent last winter outdoors in the bitter cold, suffering frostbite on both ears. Then, during the severe May weather, she gave birth to five kittens, four of whom survived.
Once OSO and her babies were brought to safety, she devoted herself to being a wonderful mama. Now her kittens are growing up and finding homes of their own — and its finally OSOs turn.
OSO loves attention — and she isn't shy about asking for it! She wants to be near her people, soak up affection and make up for all the time she spent outside without a home of her own. She can be wonderfully persistent when she decides she needs some love, which only makes her more endearing.
After spending so much time caring for her kittens, she deserves a home where she can be the one getting all the love.
This brave, affectionate mama is ready for her forever home.
If you'd like to meet OSO, please call Humane Haven Animal Shelter (630-378-4208) for more information or for an appointment. All Humane Haven cats are spayed and neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, and have had their distemper and rabies vaccines.
