Basic likes pets, face scritches, and even the occasional belly rub, and tolerates getting picked up, but he’ll let you know gently when he has had enough. He has the sweetest, most surprising trills and meows, and very soft and gentle purrs. Basic is an energetic boy and loves to play with all kinds of toys: catnip bananas, wand toys, little birds, and especially lasers; he’ll chase back and forth until he gets a satisfying catch.
