Aria is a gorgeous 71⁄2-year-old calico with a lifetime of love behind her -- and, we hope, many more loving years ahead. She lived a quiet, pampered life with an owner who clearly adored her. When that owner had to move into assisted living, Aria and her companion Annie suddenly found themselves in a shelter environment that feels worlds away from the comfort they once knew.

This transition has been incredibly stressful for Aria. Shelter life is loud, unfamiliar, and overwhelming, and what she really needs is a peaceful home where she can slowly settle in and feel safe again. She's looking for someone with patience, kindness, and a soft spot for helping a cat find her footing after a big life change.

Aria weighs about 17 pounds and could benefit from a gentle wellness plan to help her slim down and stay healthy for years to come. With proper care, good nutrition, and encouragement, she has every chance at a long, happy life ahead.
