Okay, not quite--
It was a storm drain that night,
But Timmy's little adventure
Gave everyone quite a fright. 😹

A caring community member
Found this tiny guy in need,
Police and Animal Control helped out,
And brought him to us with speed.

At DeKalb Humane Society,
Timmy got a brand-new start,
With cozy beds and loving hands
To help his little heart.

His paw pads got some minor burns
From where he had been stuck,
But he's getting care and cuddles now--
And he's clearly full of luck. ❤️🐾

We're thankful for the helping hands
That come together when they can,
Because every little life matters
When a community makes a plan.

So here's to Timmy, safe and sound,
No more drains to explore...
Just naps, treats, and lots of love--
That's what his future's for! 😸
