Hi, I'm Barbara! Now that I've done an amazing job raising my four kittens, I'm finally ready for a chapter that's all about me. Being a mom was important work, and I loved taking care of my babies, but now I'm excited to find a family who will take just as good care of me.

I'm the perfect mix of playful and relaxed. You'll often catch me chasing feather wand toys or batting around mesh springs, but I'm just as happy curling up nearby for some well-earned relaxation. If you have wet food or a Churu treat, we'll be best friends in no time-I'm definitely a foodie!

I'm also quite the chatterbox. I love to meow, chirp, and carry on little conversations, especially if you talk back to me. Sometimes I'll proudly parade around with one of my toys in my mouth, announcing my latest "catch" to anyone who will listen. When I'm feeling extra affectionate, I'll rub against your legs, hop into your lap, purr like a tiny engine, and even make a few biscuits.

I enjoy being petted and seek out affection, but I appreciate having my boundaries respected. I'm not a big fan of being picked up, and the vacuum? Absolutely not. We can both agree those things are way too loud.

I've met a calm, cat-friendly dog before. I was cautious at first, but once I realized they weren't interested in bothering me, I relaxed. I may also enjoy sharing my home with another easygoing adult cat who matches my mellow personality.

After spending so much time looking after my kittens, I'm ready for a home where I can simply be Barbara-a beloved companion who gets to play, nap, chat, and soak up all the love.
