Pekoe 2 - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Arthur, Ontario

Gender: Male
Colour: Brown tabby
Date of Birth: June 22, 2026

Meet Pekoe 2!

Pekoe is part of our adorable "Tea Party Litter" and is available for adoption alongside his sisters, Chai and Jasmine. All three kittens have been incredibly easygoing and have adapted to new surroundings within minutes!

Pekoe is our inquisitive, bold little boy with plenty of personality. He's not shy about letting his humans know when he thinks it's time for a meal--he'll happily voice his opinion with a loud meow! Needless to say, Pekoe is very food motivated.

He has the most distinctive black markings and is always ready for his next adventure. His favourite activities include pouncing on stuffed mice and leaping up to attack anything that hangs--whether it's a toy on a string, a ribbon, or, occasionally, the friendship bracelet dangling from a backpack hanging on the back door! His mischievous side keeps everyone entertained.

But underneath that playful personality is a total purrball. Pekoe loves being petted, picked up, and even carried around like a baby. He's an affectionate little guy who enjoys being close to his people.

Pekoe is still teething, so he sometimes likes to nibble fingers or toes as a way of showing affection. He's never aggressive and never uses his claws, but because of this playful behaviour, he may not be the best match for a family with very young children.

Pekoe would thrive in an active home where he has plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and interact with his people. If you're looking for a confident, curious, affectionate kitten with a mischievous streak, Pekoe might just be your perfect cup of tea!
