Hi, our names are November (right) and December (left). I (November) am 10 or 11 years old, and my brother December is 4 or 5 years old. We were a part of a cruelty case and luckily were able to come to the shelter 11/4/25. We were confined to cat carriers for as long as we can remember. We had no litter box, no bed, no blankets, nothing. Unfortunately, we are not friendly boys. We've had a traumatic life and have never even been in any sort of home before. We've been at the shelter for 9 months and haven't even made friends with the staff here. We are very scared. We help keep each other company and have been together since we came here. We really want to stay together, and I can speak for the both of us when I say my brother and I need each other. Because we haven't learned to trust people yet, we're looking to be outdoor cats. As long as we have a safe place to come back to when we're done exploring outside, like a barn, we will be happy. I do think we'll need a lot of time to adjust to a place before we can just free roam though. I think because of how scared we are, we will take off any chance we can get which is why it'll be important to acclimate us appropriately to outdoors. I hope that someone can see past our fear and give us a chance just like any other cat would get. I think we might eventually come out of our shells, but I don't want to make any promises. We are both pretty active boys and love playing with our toys. December will stand with his two front paws right on my belly and make biscuits on me. I wonder if he does that to massage the old man and keep me front getting tense! We would do anything to get out of the shelter. I'm hoping someone, someday, will come take us home.
Our adoption fee for the both of us combined, will be $100.
