This handsome gray tabby has an eye catching coat, an expressive face, and a curious personality that keeps him in the middle of every adventure. He loves racing after his siblings, climbing to the highest spots he can find, and turning catnip mice into worthy opponents. He's also fascinated by whatever his people are doing and enjoys supervising chores to make sure everything is done correctly.

While Stripes is full of energy, he also has a quieter side. After a busy play session, he's happy to settle down nearby and wait for gentle pets. He isn't especially interested in being carried around, but he enjoys companionship and affection in his own way, making those moments when he chooses to cuddle feel extra special.

Stripes has always lived with his mama and littermates and has shown interest in the other cats in his foster home. He has been comfortable meeting people, including visiting children over six years old. He hasn't had the opportunity to meet dogs yet.

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
