Chatty McPatty is the sweetest little lady with a lot of love to give and many stories to tell. She is a social gal who loves everyone and everything easily. Don't worry about that "lazy eye" of hers. It adds to her adorable charm.

She has an old injury to her eyelid that happened before she came into Rescue, but we can assure you that she has perfect vision and she likes to "wink" at people from time to time.
