He loves his humans and bonds closely to them once comfortable. Tilapia was in a loving foster home to ensure he received proper socialization to set him up for success, and now he's ready to move onto a forever family! He enjoys cuddling close with his people, playing with his favorite toys, and hanging out with his kitty friends.
