Meet Gracie! She was a surrender after her owner passed away. She has been scared at the shelter but staff has slowly won her over. She would really like to find a home to call her own again and get out of the sometimes overwhelming shelter environment. She is super sweet when she is not being shy. She is a super petite and pretty girl. Please stop by OAHS to meet some of our adorable furry friends!

At the Oconto Area Humane Society, we strive to make the adoption process as seamless as possible for both adopters and pets. Our same-day adoption process is quick and easy. You can find our adoption questionnaire online at Ocontoareahumane.org or stop in to visit our animals and fill out a form! Our staff will then answer any questions you may have and help you find the perfect companion for your home and lifestyle. Adoptions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are not able to hold.
