Maya - Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Mayfield, New York

Maya is a quality kitty! She was born 12/1/25. She is very sweet, friendly, and affectionate. She was rescued from a hoarding situation where she was fed ramen noodles, even after having a litter of kitties as a baby herself. She was very skinny with thin fur but is turning into a beautiful cat with a gorgeous coat. She also has a big appetite and big paws for her size. Maya loves to be pet, even some belly rubbing, and she loves to play. She's not a lap cat but she is an armchair cat and would be happy to hang out next to you while you work, watch TV, or game. She always uses the litter box and never scratches or bites. She has a cute little voice and says "ack" instead of "meow" and uses it to greet you every time you enter the room. Her foster family would love to keep her but she and the resident female cat do not get along. She doesn't mind the resident dogs so long as they behave. Maya deserves a great home because she's a fantastic cat who will be a best friend to her people. You won't be sorry you adopted Maya!

An adoption fee of $175.00 must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
