This boy was found unaltered with a very tight collar around his neck, sick and starving. No one ever claimed him so we had to step in since he wasn't faring well on the street. He was very scared at first but within a day or two of decompressing and a few regular meals his sweet affectionate personality shined through. He's a talker who loves his little toy mouse. This boy needs to be safe and loved in a home that will provide the connection and care he needs to thrive. Foster-to-adopt is also an option.
