Lily - Domestic Medium Hair and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Lombard, Illinois

Introducing Miss Lily! She was born in early April 2026 and is the one and only girl in her litter.

She can be just as rough-and-tumble as her brothers when its playtime, yet she is markedly demure and well-mannered in comparison. She recently discovered a red ball that she loves to carry around in her mouth, meowing proudly all the while, and then drop to play chase. Lily is the shyest of the bunch and took a while to warm up to the volunteers initially, but she has grown leaps and bounds socially since her arrival. She is now coming up to her foster mom for love and attention, and readily activates Elevator Butt when she gets scritches on her rump. Shes still working on trusting humans and relaxing when being held, but making progress. Because she is timid, she will need a patient family who understands building trust is a process and will respect that she needs space to engage on her terms.We have seen glimmers of her becoming a mega lovebug, though, so we expect her future human(s) will be handsomely rewarded for their efforts!

Lily needs to be adopted with one of her siblings (Lipton, Liman, and Lido) or into a home that has a playful and active resident kitten/cat.

All cats & kittens are up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and tested FeLV/FIV negative. All kittens are living in foster homes in DuPage County and arrangements will be made to meet them after a brief application is reviewed. Adoption fee is a $110 per cat donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two cats are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A contract will be required at the time of adoption.
