Truthfully, she would rather be doing anything else. Iris is a much more independent (and perhaps a bit shy) young lady than her sister Maisy. People are nice for cuddles, but she is also perfectly content on her own. Life should be an adventure, after all, and she is full of curiosity about where those adventures can lead.

One day, she might choose to birdwatch out of a window, and the next, she'll content herself in her foster mom's library. While her sister is usually the one leading the way when it comes to socializing, Iris is the main one taking charge of their newest quest or escapade. Still, she's young enough to appreciate a cozy bed with a trusted companion to come back to.

Given her rather sheltered upbringing as a young lady, Iris has not met many dogs or other cats at this moment in her life. However, she is young and she has proven to be a very adaptable and capable kitten. With proper introductions made and patience given, anything is possible.
